Lina’s background is in ecological and environmental sciences. During her BSc degree at the University of Edinburgh, she developed an interest around air & environmental pollution and its effects on human health. She completed her master’s degree in Earth Future Research at the University of Glasgow, where she expanded her knowledge and passion around climate justice. After graduating, she was involved in delivering a UK-GOV funded net-zero project, where she gained understanding and practical knowledge in carbon accounting and setting science-based emission reduction targets.
