Jess is a Principal Consultant with AQC and joined the company in 2026.
Prior to joining AQC, Jess worked at Heathrow Airport in the Sustainability Team and most recently worked for Arcadis Consulting as a sustainability consultant. Across these roles she gained technical skills and experience in carbon assessment and sustainability with specific expertise in ESG and the aviation sector.
Jess is a Level 4+ certified verifier for the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) scheme and is one of only 4 verifiers certified to Level 4+ in the UK. She has completed verifications for airports including Copenhagen Airport, Bristol Airport, Heathrow Airport, and Manchester Airport Group. Outside of verification, Jess has completed a variety of projects including annual ESG assessments for a large retail group, an embedded role in the City Of London supporting the development and implementation of climate risk and sustainable design standards across all assets, and as an accredited GRESB assessor has successfully completed GRESB annual assessments for multiple clients.

For over ten years, Air Quality Consultants has provided air quality support to the developers of one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects located adjacent to Wembley Stadium in London.
Air Quality Consultants carried out the air quality assessment in support of the City Aviation Development Programme. This included providing expert evidence at the public inquiry. Air Quality Consultants is currently undertaking construction dust monitoring.
Technical input for the outline planning application for the Intergenerational Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), including up to 1,300 homes and purpose-built care, health, wellbeing and lifestyle facilities adaptable to meet peoples’ changing needs.
