Air Quality Consultants’ reputation and its significant experience in the technical management and delivery of large and complex environmental assessments has led to a number of high-profile projects over the last year. These include assessments of airport developments and major urban redevelopment schemes, as well as the permitting of energy from waste plant.
The team has worked with a wide range of clients to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex challenges, including the development of rapid air quality and carbon assessment tools. We continue to support local authorities including Bristol, Bath, Greater Manchester and Birmingham in developing their proposals for Clean Air Zones. We’ve also been supporting a number of clients in describing air quality and climate change matters at high-profile stakeholder engagement and public consultation events. Meanwhile, our expert witnesses have been busy providing evidence at various Public Inquiries and DCO Hearings in the last 12 months and in each case the Inspector has accepted AQC’s position in relation to the air quality matters.
We have also recently launched our new website to reflect the wide range of services we provide in relation to air quality and climate change to private and public sector clients, both within the UK and internationally.
Our sister company Noise Consultants also has a new website and has celebrated its second anniversary. In this short time, Noise Consultants has become firmly established as one of the UK’s leading acoustics consultancies, with a team of 12 staff providing independent expert advice and assessments covering all aspects of environmental noise and vibration.
