An international public health expert, Ryngan brings extensive experience in Health Impact Assessment (HIA) across a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy, aviation, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Logika Group, Ryngan led the Tetra Tech / RPS Health and Social Impact Team, delivering many of the UK and Ireland’s largest and most complex projects. His portfolio includes the Heathrow and Gatwick airport expansions, offshore wind developments such as Morgan, Mona, Morecambe, and Dogger Bank South, as well as major transport schemes including Dublin’s DART+ South-West, and Donegal’s Ten-T.
With a background in public health, biological sciences, and law, Ryngan is recognised for his evidence-based approach, focus on health equity, and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders. He has authored key national and international guidance on health assessment methods and competency standards, and contributes to global best practice through his work with the World Health Organisation, the IAIA Health Section, and the IEMA Impact Assessment Steering Group.
At Logika Group, Ryngan will lead our Health and Social Impact capability, supporting clients to deliver evidence-led solutions that promote both environmental sustainability and human wellbeing.
