Julian is the Finance Director of the Logika Group (Air Quality Consultants, Noise Consultants and Logika Consultants) and joined in January 2025.
He is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience working in a senior capacity across a broad variety of sectors – ranging from professional practice, property and residential development, asset management to the defence sector.
He began his professional career within the Assurance & Advisory arm of Deloitte in 2003, where he completed his ACA training contract following university where he gained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in literature. In 2016, Julian was invited to become a fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Julian brings a depth of strategic expertise to the leadership team, with the aim of ensuring the companies within the Logika Group enjoy a platform for sustainable financial growth, expansion and successful commercial delivery.

Logika Group quantified the air quality benefits of School Streets that were installed as part of the London Mayor’s Streetspace for London programme.
Air Quality Consultants provided air quality design advice; completed an air quality assessment; and undertook a greenhouse gas assessment for a mixed-use, residential led development in the London Borough of Newham.
