Michelle completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge, applying neural networks to predict mortality from environmental and socioeconomic datasets. Through research projects with the University of Bristol, and an internship with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (Civil Service), Michelle brings experience across the natural sciences and data engineering, and their interfaces with public policy.
