Michelle Wan is an Assistant Consultant who joined AQC in 2026.
Prior to joining AQC, she developed an interest in air quality health impacts, and the ways in which machine learning can be applied to study these from a data-driven perspective. Michelle completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge, applying neural networks to predict mortality from environmental and socioeconomic datasets. Through research projects with the University of Bristol, and an internship with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (Civil Service), Michelle brings experience across the natural sciences and data engineering, and their interfaces with public policy.
We can recommend AQC without reservation. The clarity and quality of AQC's work, and their depth of knowledge, is second to none.
